Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Client Account Manager and Contractor Relationship Lead (Transmission & Distribution) in Glasgow to drive growth across key Grid Modernisation accounts. You will lead strategic engagements, coordinate internal teams, and act as a primary client contact to deliver exceptional service and value.

You will shape the client strategy, mentor teams, and ensure profitable outcomes while advancing AECOM’s brand and long-term relationships in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 contractors.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence internal strategy.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet growth objectives for the client and contractor portfolio.
• Support capture managers to win and project managers to deliver large programs.
• Raise AECOM’s profile through value delivery, innovation and sector leadership.
