Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Client Account Director (CAD) to lead and nurture relationships with key clients in the Grid Modernisation sector from our London hub. The role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on delivery oversight across cross-functional teams to drive growth and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with business lines and geographies to deliver value, manage risk, and shape client strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at a senior level within infrastructure advisory or engineering consulting with client accounts.
• Strong grid modernisation knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record in business development and client discovery.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for meeting growth objectives for the client portfolio.
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Drive sustainable growth and strengthen the client relationship strategy.
