About The Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our global marketing team and play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced worldwide. In this creative and hands-on role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling assets that bring our campaigns and initiatives to life, ranging from brochures, presentations, and infographics to digital content, animations, and social media materials.

You’ll collaborate with marketers, content creators, and subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. Beyond execution, you’ll also contribute to the creative ideation process, ensuring that all design outputs are not only visually striking but also aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and strategic business objectives.

What you will bring to the role
  • Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for global campaigns, events, and internal initiatives, bringing ideas to life across multiple formats.
  • Create impactful print and digital materials, from brochures and banners to social media graphics and interactive content.
  • Develop engaging email templates and campaigns within Salesforce, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent brand experience.
  • Collaborate across teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Lead and contribute to multimedia projects, driving the creation of video, animation, and motion design that elevate storytelling and audience engagement
  • Champion brand excellence, maintaining organized design libraries, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring every asset reflects our identity and inclusivity standards.
About you
  • Education & Experience: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and previous design work.
  • Design Expertise: Strong grasp of visual design principles including typography, layout, and color theory, with excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience creating responsive email templates in Salesforce or similar platforms; familiarity with digital asset management systems.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with clients, team members, and external vendors.
  • Project & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain structured design libraries.
  • Growth & Innovation: Curious mindset with a drive for continuous learning, awareness of design trends and digital engagement, interest in emerging technologies (AI-assisted design, interactive media), and understanding of video performance metrics.
