Overview
We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and support a portfolio of brands. You’ll split your time between print production/artwork (catalogues, POS, packaging, signage, large format) and digital design (web assets, email, paid/social, simple motion). If you like variety, tight turnarounds, and being close to the brand action, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Do
- Design & artwork: Create and finalise on-brand layouts for brochures, flyers, POS, in-store/large-format, event graphics, vehicle livery, and packaging.
- Pre-press production: Prepare press-ready files, manage dielines, spot colours/Pantone, bleeds/crop marks, colour profiles, proofing, and liaise with print suppliers.
- Digital: Produce web banners, social ads, email graphics/templates, landing page assets, and simple animations/motion snippets.
- Brand guardianship: Apply and develop brand systems across multiple consumer and B2B brands; maintain asset libraries and style guides.
- Departmental collaboration: Work with the marketing team, web and product teams; take briefs, present options based on feedback.
- Project ownership: Juggle multiple deadlines, traffic your own work, and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
- Quality control: Check accuracy (copy, specs, finishes), run test prints, and uphold production standards.
What You’ll Bring
- 24+ years experience as a designer/artworker, ideally in an in-house or multi-brand/retail environment.
- Strong portfolio spanning print artwork and digital pieces.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Confident creating digital assets for web, email, and social with an understanding of formats, sizes, accessibility, and performance considerations.
- Meticulous attention to detail, great typography, and file management.
- Comfortable taking a project from brief to delivery, with clear communication and time management.
- Photography o retouching skills.
- Experience with large format print such as POS/Retail Signage systems or exhibition stands.

- After Effects/Premiere for simple motion/video edits.
- Basics in Figma (component-based UI assets) or XD.
- Working knowledge of email builders such as Mailchimp.
