Graphic Designer

Location: Ammanford

We’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a creative, dynamic, and motivated Graphic Designer to join and be part of the LBS Group marketing team. Based at LBS’ Head Office in Ammanford, you’ll support the Marketing Manager and contribute to marketing efforts across the Group.

Main Duties & Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the Marketing Plan efficiently and within brand guidelines
  • Lead the design and production of branded literature, large format, signage, vehicle livery and digital artwork
  • Develop and optimise digital marketing efforts, update websites, assist the Social Media Content Creator, and collaborate with the e-commerce team
  • Liaise with printers, signwriters, merchandise, and advertising supplier
  • Provide daily marketing support to branches and Manager
  • Attend marketing and sales led events across South Wales
  • Collect, analyse and report campaign data efficiently
  • Contribute ideas to enhance marketing across all LBS brands
  • Support LBS objectives and promote company value
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Midweight to Senior Designer
  • Experience in a creative agency or studio environment is essential
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating brand consistency and identity
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; basic Premiere Pro/After Effects would be a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Mailchimp; basic HTML advantageous
  • Familiar with Google Analytics & Google Business Profile
  • Good understanding of various social media channels, Hootsuite and evolving specs
  • Confident working independently and communicating with various teams
The Person

You’ll have a degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent), be organised, self‑motivated, and passionate about design and marketing. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills are essential. You’ll handle tight deadlines and quick turnarounds confidently, work well independently and in a team. Experience with video editing, animation, WordPress, and HTML is a bonus.

Hours of Work

An average of 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm.

Salary

Depending on experience.
