WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assist in undertaking valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, and investment purposes
• Support senior colleagues in providing advice on landlord and tenant matters
• Contribute to research, data analysis, and preparation of client reports
• Participate in inspections, viewings, and negotiations under supervision
• Build professional knowledge and confidence while developing client relationships
• Work towards achieving MRICS qualification with full support and mentoring
