Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls, take orders, and respond to customer queries.
  • Chase and check progress of orders working closely with sales.
  • Log customer complaints and process as necessary.

Duties
  • Handling inbound (sales) calls, taking orders and responding to queries from customers
  • Chasing and checking progress of orders, working closely with Purchasing / Sales
  • Manager supporting sales operations to help process orders, invoices, etc
  • Following leads given by the external sales team
  • Building long lasting client relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills and closing a sale over the phone
  • Any other job when and as required by Purchasing and Sales Manager
  • To log customer complaints and process as necessary
Qualifications
  • At least one year's work experience in an admin role within a sales environment OR as a Graduate looking to embark into a new career path
  • Cold calling and logging calls made
  • Knowledge of HubSpot would be advantageous
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships with peer group, colleagues, customers, suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills, with good time management and organisational skills
  • Reliable and hardworking, proficient in MS Office
  • Confident using the telephone to resolve progression of opportunities and customer issues
  • Must be flexible with working hours
  • Full training and guidance will be given to fulfil the duties above.
