A leading recruitment consultancy in the UK is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Cardiff. You'll engage with clients, attract candidates, and work towards progressing into senior roles. The position offers a basic salary of £24,600 with uncapped commission, realistic first year OTE of £30,000 - £35,000, and excellent benefits including a free on-site gym. Training programs are provided to support your career development.
