Private Equity Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

The Opportunity

As an MBA Graduate, you will manage and grow all aspects of Private Equity Insights. Your responsibilities include building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of conferences, and driving the brand strategy.

This role is ideal if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, are highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire your team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Execute strategies at a rapid pace.
• Develop the company's brand as the premier platform for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

• +4 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-work ethic environment such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
