Graduate Planner – The Role
  • Support the identification and assessment of new development opportunities.

  • Monitor Local Plans, national policy, and guidance, providing input to influence planning outcomes.
  • Split your time between office work, site visits, and meetings with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
Graduate Planner – What we’re looking for
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in a planning-related subject (RTPI accredited).
  • A genuine interest in property development and the built environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
  • Master’s degree in planning (RTPI accredited).
  • Relevant work experience in local authority or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of planning processes and procedures.
