Join a growing, independent building services consultancy in Oxford renowned for delivering high-quality, low-carbon MEP design across education, healthcare, heritage, and infrastructure projects. The Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative, technically strong team, working on a variety of projects including new builds, refurbishments, and heritage sites. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing electrical systems (lighting, small power, containment, data, fire alarms)
  • Producing CAD and Revit drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
  • Participating in site visits, client meetings, and design team reviews
  • Collaborating with mechanical engineers, sustainability consultants, and building physics specialists
  • Applying low-carbon and sustainable design principles to real-world projects

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
  • Recent graduate experience or 1–3 years in consultancy
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, or similar tools (desirable)
  • A genuine interest in sustainable building services
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset
