We’re currently recruiting 4 people to join this brand-new, long-term funded programme, with roles available in Hillingdon.

The role

You’ll be trained to become an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to help people with mental health conditions or physical disabilities find and sustain employment.

You’ll manage a small caseload of around 25 participants, providing 1 : 1 support that includes job searching, CV building, interview prep, and in-work coaching. You’ll also spend time engaging local employers to create new job opportunities.

This isn’t an office-based role, you’ll hot-desk across partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and local NHS Trusts. At these sites, you’ll meet participants for 1 : 1 appointments, as well as work closely with Jobcentre Plus staff and health professionals to collaborate on employment plans and wraparound support.
