Job summary

A reputed consultancy firm in Oxford is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to support the delivery of professional surveying services across various sectors. This position offers mentorship towards Chartership and a hybrid working model. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline and a desire to progress towards MRICS qualification. A strong technical background and excellent communication skills are essential.

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview:

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support the team in delivering a full range of professional and project-based surveying services across commercial, education, residential, and heritage sectors covering Oxford and the surrounding areas. You will gain exposure to key areas including condition surveys, refurbishment projects, contract administration and specification writing, while receiving structured APC support and mentoring towards Chartership.
