Graduate Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Islington

Location: Islington, North London
Start Date: September 2025
Job Type: Full-Time | Term-Time Only
Pay: £90-£110 per day

A vibrant secondary school in Islington is seeking a passionate and resilient Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral support team. This role is ideal for someone considering a career in education, social care, or youth justice, and offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and group mentoring for students who need additional behavioural and emotional support
  • Help develop and implement behaviour management strategies alongside the pastoral team
  • Encourage positive attitudes towards learning and help students build resilience
  • Act as a trusted adult and role model, supporting students in overcoming barriers to education
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies where needed
