Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for our global client base. You will work closely with client business teams, implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday modules, and train end-users to drive adoption.

You will participate in every phase of Workday implementations, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester and Trainer, while contributing to our propositions and differentiators to grow the

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into detailed Workday configuration.
• Experience advising on solution evolutions and best practices.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology.
• Experience across the project lifecycle: workshop facilitation, design docs, UAT, training.
• Effective prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities
