Job summary
HR Path Group is seeking a Shop Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions that meet client needs. You will implement and configure Workday for a global customer base, building strong client relationships to understand requirements and ensure successful deployment.
You will also train end-users and participate in multiple project phases as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer. A willingness to travel to client sites or global events is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions, esp. Workday.
- Ability to translate client requirements into Workday configurations.
- Experience leading workshops and UAT activities.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for global clients.
- Configure and implement enterprise-scale Workday modules.
- Train end-users and support user adoption.
- Participate in all project phases including leadership, analysis, testing, and trainer roles.
- Travel to client sites or global events as needed.
