Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for a worldwide client base.

You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday modules, train end-users, and collaborate across teams while travelling to client sites and global events as needed. Join a fast-growing, international culture with ample opportunities for career progression and international mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Ability to challenge processes and design HR solutions that align with client goals.
• Translate client requirements into Workday configurations.
• Advise customers on solution evolutions and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit-for-purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global client base; build relationships to understand needs.
• Train end-users.
• Participate in every phase of a Workday implementation (Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, Trainer).
• Participate in development and optimization of propositions to grow the business.
• Willingness to travel to client sites or global events.
