Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global training for critical clinical and enterprise technology platforms. This role serves as the learning partner for Medidata and Certinia, translating complex workflows into clear, role-based experiences that support readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, or systems enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based training across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and upgrades.
• Own the training approach aligned to go-live timelines and business controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives, and content readiness.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and communications.
• Partner with LMS teams to ensure assets are published, versioned, and reportable.
