Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for critical clinical and enterprise platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences supporting readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

You will collaborate with system owners, IT, Finance, and business leaders to plan learning timelines, develop performance support, and maintain assets as systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning, training, or systems enablement.
• Experience delivering role-based training across multiple formats.
• Experience with validated clinical systems and enterprise platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and go-live timelines.
• Own training approach in partnership with system owners, ensuring alignment with requirements and adoption goals.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business leaders to confirm audiences and training timelines.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and stakeholder communications across platforms.
• Partner with LMS teams to ensure assets are published, version controlled, and discoverable.
