Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems, to lead global training for Medidata and Certinia across critical clinical and enterprise platforms. You will design, deliver, maintain, and measure learning that supports readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

You will partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to scope learning needs, plan timelines, and maintain assets as systems evolve, delivering role-based curricula and

Qualifications

• Design and deliver role-based training for clinical and enterprise platforms.
• Translate complex workflows and compliance requirements into learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Develop learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training and train-the-trainer activities.
• Ensure training assets are version-controlled and reportable in learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and ongoing releases.
• Own training approach with system owners and business stakeholders across go-lives and enhancements.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Proj Ops, SMEs, and leaders to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
• Create and maintain curricula, job aids, quick references, and facilitator materials.
• Support adoption, remediation, and ongoing capability across platforms.
