Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex workflows into role-based learning experiences that support readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

You will partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, SMEs, and business leaders to align training with go-live timelines, maintain assets, and ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and go-lives.
• Own training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to timelines, requirements, and adoption goals.
• Collaborate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and SMEs to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
