Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia. You will translate complex workflows, compliance requirements, and release changes into clear, role-based learning experiences that drive readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

You will partner with system owners, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to scope needs, plan timelines, and develop performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across formats (ILT, virtual, self-paced, blended).
• Experience with validated systems, regulatory compliance, and global rollouts.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations, releases, enhancements, and sustainment.
• Own training approach aligned to go-live timelines and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives, and content readiness.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and adoption efforts across platforms.
• Coordinate LMS assets, publishing, version control, and reporting.
