Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global systems training for Medidata and Certinia, translating complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences that support readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training in instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.
• Experience supporting complex implementations, validated systems, or enterprise platforms with LMS publishing and sustainment.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms; CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RTSM/IRT, RBQM; LMS administration.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, aligning to go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Confirm audiences, objectives, content readiness, approvals, and training timelines with leaders.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with LMS and learning operations to manage asset publishing, versioning, and reporting.
