In collaboration with account managers, you will assist in driving growth across a set of global customers in your defined country. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical and AI advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and technology challenges to architect customized solutions
  • Lead discussions to shape a customer's long-term technology and AI strategy and guide them on trade-offs between short-term fixes and extensible, scalable solutions
  • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging both technical expertise and business acumen, driving consensus across multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate implementation through reusable components, parallel workstreams, etc.
  • Share knowledge by developing technical content like sample code, presentations, workshops to exemplify best practices and educate customers
  • Drive product innovation by gathering customer feedback, translating needs into clear requirements, and partnering with product teams through development
  • Resolve complex technical problems through root cause analysis, both for customers and internally
  • Contribute to strategic planning, recruit/develop talent, build team consensus, and provide guidance to more junior solutions architects
A day in the life

  • Influence service team leadership and product marketing on future needs for customers, prioritizing roadmap features and GTM messaging
