The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations within the SaaS or RegTech sectors, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to enhance revenue performance. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Own CRM architecture, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop data-driven insights for GTM alignment and efficiency.
