This role involves managing CRM systems, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Own CRM architecture, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop data-driven insights for GTM alignment and efficiency.
