This job is to shape the future of our service portfolio across the full product life cycle, driving innovation from new product implementation to sustain and end-of-life, and ensuring impact across the entire service ladder.

Your Role

As a Global Product Manager Abatement, Semiconductor Service, you will inspire and develop a high-performing, commercially driven team to create scalable, segment-focused offerings that transform market insights and data into sustainable customer value. You will report to VP Marketing, Product and Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the product portfolio is guided by a strategy that strengthens and supports the positioning of each brand.
  • Initiate and lead the development of comprehensive product plans across the service ladder to protect and grow market share, supported by robust business cases that ensure the agreed level of profitability.
  • Guided by market insights and market share data, shape product portfolio roadmaps that unlock growth and differentiation through compelling value propositions tailored to each customer segment and/or sector.
  • Define the value drivers that enable effective product pricing, oversee the team's pricing execution, and actively support the Pricing Manager in implementing the overall pricing strategy to reach the Divisional revenue and margin goals.
  • Partner with Product Company, Supply Chain, and Engineering to optimize product management processes, proactively identifying and addressing process gaps that could hinder execution or data quality, securing a solid foundation for operational excellence and growth.
  • Contribute to Strategic Marketing's competitor monitoring process by supporting data collection and validation, and apply competitor insights to identify market gaps and strengthen our competitive positioning.
  • Drive clear communication of product value propositions and actively support communication activities across multiple product brands, including thought leadership, sales enablement, training, and campaigns.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, and Parts Specialists, enhancing commercial acumen, embedding a data-driven mindset, ensuring accountability, and supporting talent growth to drive engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • You have 10 years in marketing roles such as Product Management and Marketing Management, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Evidence of learning and professional development in business management and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, applications, and markets is highly desirable; experience with comparably complex technologies in other global B2B equipment markets may also be relevant.
  • Well-organized, skilled at influencing, and fluent in office software, with familiarity of engineering practices, disciplines, and systems considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership track record with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop expert teams.
