Job summary

RWS is seeking a Senior Director of Global Pricing to lead a company-wide transformation toward a recurring revenue model based on SaaS and consumption pricing. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations to embed a holistic pricing ecosystem across Generate, Transform and Protect pillars.

You will drive packaging, bundling, and CPQ modernization to empower global sales teams with sophisticated quoting capabilities and scalable margins.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Pricing, Revenue Operations or Commercial Strategy within B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Proven ability to lead traditional sales organisations through cultural and operational change.
• Hands-on CPQ design and delivery in hybrid software-and-services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift from transactional pricing to subscription and consumption models.
• Architect pricing for integrated tech + service solutions across AI-driven products and human-in-the-loop services.
• Overhaul legacy licensing to a modern multi-tier SaaS structure; maximize ACV and adoption.
