Job summary

Thinkit Resources is seeking a permanent CRM/CPQ Senior Developer to lead complex development on the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform. This role blends hands‑on delivery with technical leadership, ensuring high‑quality implementations that meet business requirements and architectural standards.

Embedded within the Commercial Core team, you will collaborate with delivery partners during R1 and progressively own configuration, testing, and operations as the platform scales across R2/R3 releases.

Qualifications

Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud development.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and governor limits.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
Familiar with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado.
Knowledge of integration patterns (REST APIs, platform events, middleware).
Experience in B2B distribution or channel sales environments.
Experience with multi-country, multi-currency implementations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead development of complex Revenue Cloud functionality (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
Design and implement custom CPQ features, pricing logic, and approval workflows.
Build and maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code following established standards.
Ensure adequate test coverage and code quality.
