Job summary

Join Eaton as a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner, located hybrid across multiple locations, including Slough. You will shape pricing policy translation into CPQ and SAP, ensure governance, and drive standardization across sales channels.

You’ll collaborate with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales and IT to implement enhancements and analytics, enabling efficient end-to-end pricing workflows and change management across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Requires strong experience translating pricing policy into system logic and governance.
• Experience with CPQ and SAP pricing processes in large organizations.
• Ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement across pricing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Translate pricing policy into CPQ logic, approval flows, and system rules.
• Own pricing-related approval matrix and governance.
• Drive pricing tool enhancements and AI/analytics use cases.
