Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Product Director, Billing & Pricing to lead the global vision and roadmap for our Billing, Pricing and Residual Payments products. You will own the Billing portfolio, modernising how customers understand and optimise costs, and you will drive end-to-end product development across NAP and Core platforms with engineering teams.

You will build simple, transparent billing experiences, push for pricing clarity, and expand capabilities across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global vision, strategy and roadmap for Billing, Pricing and Residual Payments.
• Own the Billing product portfolio, simplifying cost management for customers.
• Lead end-to-end product development across Billing capabilities with engineering teams.
• Create intuitive billing experiences including pricing, fees and rebates.
• Drive reporting, self-service capabilities and billing transparency for customers.
• Transform Billing from back-office to value-added product leveraging data and tech.
• Evaluate build, buy and partner options and drive adoption of solutions.
• Balance investments with enterprise demands to support new products and expansion.
• Prioritize initiatives using customer, operational and commercial data.
• Partner with Revenue Ops, Engineering, Pricing, Finance, Tax and Compliance to deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product leaders across Funding, Reporting and FX for integrated experiences.
• Lead and develop Product Managers to build a high-performance team.
• Represent Billing at senior leadership forums and influence strategic decisions.
