Job Description
  • Design, Develop and implement global operational excellence strategies and build teams global functions.
  • Change Management track record in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement.
  • Ideally MBA Qualified and Six Sigma Black-Belt or equivalent.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of operational initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
