Job Description
- Design, Develop and implement global operational excellence strategies and build teams global functions.
- Change Management track record in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement.
- Ideally MBA Qualified and Six Sigma Black-Belt or equivalent.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of operational initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Operational Excellence Director should have:
- Proven expertise in a similar role cross functional collaboration and on a global scale.
- Track record of building high performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for optimisation.
