Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor to design, deliver, and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia across enterprise systems.

You will partner with IT, clinical operations, and business leaders to plan learning timelines, develop performance support, and maintain training assets as systems evolve. This role requires strong instructional design, cross-functional collaboration, and up-to-date knowledge of regulated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training through instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.
• Experience supporting complex implementations, validated clinical systems, enterprise platforms, or global rollouts.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RBQM, LMS administration.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations, releases, enhancements, new modules, and sustainment.
• Own the training approach for Medidata and Certinia in partnership with stakeholders, aligning to go-live timelines and go-live requirements.
• Partner with IT, SMEs, and business leaders to finalize audiences, objectives, and content readiness.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
• Collaborate with LMS/learning ops to ensure assets are published, version-controlled, and reportable.
