Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training across critical clinical and enterprise platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear learning experiences for Medidata and Certinia, partnering with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to align learning with go-live timelines.

You will build role-based curricula, job aids, eLearning, and performance support while managing LMS

Qualifications

• Translate complex clinical, financial, project operations, metadata, reporting, and workflow requirements into clear learning experiences.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.
• Knowledge of regulated/validated systems training (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and enhancements.
• Own the training approach, ensuring alignment with go-live timelines and business requirements.
• Partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and stakeholders to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with LMS and learning operations to publish, version control, and report training assets.
