Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences that support readiness and adoption across multiple regions.

You will partner with IT, clinical operations, finance, and project teams to plan timelines, develop performance support, and maintain assets as systems evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in learning, training or systems enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based training.
• Experience with regulated or validated systems training.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations.
• Own the training approach aligned to go-live timelines and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives, and readiness.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys and materials.
• Support global end-user training and adoption across platforms.
• Collaborate with LMS and learning operations to publish and report assets.
