Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global systems training for Medidata and Certinia platforms and related enterprise tools.

You will partner with IT, PMO, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to scope needs, plan timelines, create performance support, and maintain assets as systems evolve. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, or enterprise-system enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training in multiple formats.
• Experience supporting complex implementations, global rollouts, LMS publishing, and sustainment.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RTSM/IRT, RBQM, or similar platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for deployments, releases, enhancements, and new modules.
• Own training approach aligned to go-live timelines and business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO, Clinical Systems, Finance, and stakeholders to confirm audiences and objectives.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and communications.
• Partner with LMS and learning operations to ensure assets are published and tracked.
