Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor to design, deliver, and sustain global training for critical clinical and enterprise platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences and partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and SMEs to meet go-live goals.

You will lead learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops while ensuring content is aligned to validated systems, compliance, and adoption targets across Medidata

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based training across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced formats.
• Experience supporting validated clinical and enterprise systems and regulatory environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and enhancements.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, aligning to go-live timelines and requirements.
• Partner with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training, demonstrations, train-the-trainer sessions, and adoption across platforms.
• Collaborate with LMS and learning operations to ensure assets are published, versioned, discoverable, and reportable.
