Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global systems training for Medidata and Certinia. Translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning to support readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.

The role partners with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, PMO, and leaders to plan learning timelines, develop performance support resources, and maintain assets as systems evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Communications, IT, Clinical Operations, Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own training approach with system owners, aligning to go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with LMS and learning operations to ensure assets are published and version controlled.
