Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global training for Medidata, Certinia, and related platforms. This role partners with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to scope needs, plan timelines, and ensure adoption.

You will create learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and performance support across a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in learning, training, or systems enablement roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training.
• Experience supporting complex implementations and LMS publishing.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RBQM.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach, aligning with go-live timelines and role-based workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and performance support.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and learner communications.
• Partner with LMS and learning operations to ensure assets are published and reportable.
