Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex workflows into role-based learning that supports readiness and sustainment.

You will partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to plan learning timelines, develop performance support, and maintain assets as systems evolve. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in learning, training, or systems enablement roles.
• Experience delivering role-based training across platforms and formats.
• Familiarity with validated or regulated systems training (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia.
• Own training approaches aligned to go-live timelines and requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and communications.
• Collaborate with LMS teams to publish and manage training assets.
