Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia platforms, aligning content with go-live timelines, compliance, and business workflows.

You will partner with system owners, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and operations to create role-based learning journeys, assets, and performance support, ensuring adoption and sustainment across a global user base.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver role-based systems training through instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.
• Support validated clinical systems, financial or project-operations platforms and LMS publishing.
• Experience with training matrices, sustainment, and go-live readiness.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations, releases, enhancements, new modules, refresher training.
• Own training approach aligned to go-live timelines, validated-system requirements, financial controls, role-based workflows, adoption goals.
• Partner with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, Quality, Security, SMEs, and leaders to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and practice activities.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
• Ensure assets are published, version controlled, discoverable, and reportable in the learning platform.
