Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global training on critical clinical and enterprise platforms. You will partner with system owners, IT, and business leaders to scope needs, develop curricula, and sustain readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver role-based systems training across complex platforms.
• Translate workflows into clear learning experiences and performance support.
• Ensure training aligns with go-live timelines, compliance, and adoption goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and enhancements.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, and workshops.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure training assets are version-controlled and reportable in the learning center.
