Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global systems training across critical clinical and enterprise platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based experiences supporting readiness and sustainment.

Partnering with IT, Finance, Clinical Systems, and business leaders, you will shape curricula, job aids, eLearning, and performance support, ensuring training aligns with go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Information Technology, Clinical Operations, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training through instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach aligned to go-live timelines and system requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives, content readiness, and timelines.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys and materials.
• Support global end-user training, demos, train-the-trainer sessions, and adoption support.
• Coordinate with LMS and learning operations to publish and track training assets.
