Dpdgroup is seeking an International Key Account Manager to retain and grow relationships with major international customers. You will act as a global logistics consultant, use Salesforce to manage accounts, and coordinate with operations, sales and CRM teams to deliver value and secure long-term partnerships.

The role requires travel and a strong knowledge of the international shipping industry, with a focus on revenue growth, renewals, and strategic customer engagement.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and confident in delivering presentations.
• Proven track record in the international logistics industry and knowledge of international trade.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed personal account objectives and targets.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Visit aligned customers with account objectives, upsell initiatives and international updates.
• Develop account development plans and roadmaps to hit revenue targets.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data in Salesforce and relevant docs.
• Oversee handover of new major international accounts from other teams.
• Support and lead international tender processes when needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.
• Identify international revenue opportunities within the portfolio.
