Qualifications

• Experience in account management and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and able to adapt to change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Developing account plans to support revenue targets.
• Maintain/update information via Salesforce and customer files.
• Build multi-level business relationships with customer organisations.
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities within the portfolio and pipeline.
• Visit customers and conduct exit surveys to inform account retention.
• Coordinate with regional teams on major new business opportunities.
• Resolve customer problems to underpin long-term retention.
• Visit existing customers to ensure revenue and contribution improvements.
