DPD UK is seeking an International Key Account Manager to retain and develop relationships with our large international customers. You will act as a key international logistics consultant with a deep knowledge of the global shipping industry and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

This is a national role with travel required. Responsibilities include visiting customers, developing account plans, managing tenders, and coordinating with multiple teams to optimize revenue and service

Qualifications

• Experience in the international logistics industry.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed personal account objectives and targets.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit aligned customers with predefined objectives and upsell initiatives.
• Develop account development plans and roadmaps for international portfolio.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information in Salesforce and related documents.
• Support international tender processes and major account handovers.
• Identify additional international revenue opportunities within the portfolio.
• Coordinate with International Operations and CRM teams to resolve issues.
