DPD Group is seeking an International Development Manager to lead the end-to-end international sales cycle, creating bespoke logistics solutions and driving revenue growth across national accounts. You will work across commercial and operations, ensuring compliance and a smooth handover to CRM teams.

This role requires expert knowledge of international trade, duty regulations and complex customs processes, with a focus on high-value accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to secure new international business and exceed revenue targets.
• Design, build, and implement custom international logistics solutions for complex accounts.
• Ensure documentation for credit facilities to ISO standards.
• Provide market insights to align internal developments with market needs.
• Oversee commercial handover of new accounts to CRM team within six months.
• Own resolution of high-level commercial escalations and post-onboarding performance.
