DPD Group UK is seeking an International Key Account Manager to retain and develop relationships with large international customers. The role is national with travel, acting as a logistics consultant to portfolios and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive revenue and retention.

You will visit customers, develop plans, maintain Salesforce records, and lead tenders and new business efforts, ensuring long-term partnerships across borders.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and confidently perform presentations.
• A consistent track record in the international logistics industry and knowledge of international trade.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed personal account objectives and targets.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and enhance knowledge of products, services and international trade.

• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.

Responsabilidades

• Visiting all aligned customers with predetermined account management objectives and upsell development.
• Developing an account development plan to support revenue targets.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer information in Salesforce and files.
• Managing handover of new major international accounts.
• Supporting and leading international tender processes.
• Establishing relationships with key stakeholders across portfolio.
• Identifying additional international revenue opportunities within the portfolio.
• Assessing customer needs and coordinating international solution development.
• Re-engaging lost international customers and conducting exit analyses.
• Coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, Sales and CRM teams to resolve issues.
