Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program – designed to fast-track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.
Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Commerce. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18 months working in a role within your home operating company in the United Kingdom.

From the UK's number one beer, Birra Moretti, and iconic cider, Strongbow, to household names like Heineken, Cruzcampo, Fosters, Inch’s, Bulmers, and Old Mout, you’ll play a key role in shaping brand growth and engaging consumers across our extensive range.
As a Global Graduate in Commerce, you’ll work alongside our talented and passionate commercial Teams to create impactful strategies that build awareness, inspire loyalty, and encourage consumers to embrace our beers, ciders, and exciting “Beyond Beer” innovations. This means you’ll gain invaluable experience across Marketing, frontline sales and digital commerce, learning how to drive growth, influence others, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving commercial environment.

So your three-year program is over. What now? Upon successfully completing the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role in either your home country or one of our global Operating Companies. Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from November 24th Nov – 8th Dec 2025, and applications without cover letters will not be accepted.
Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment. 19th Dec – 2nd Jan 2026
Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around 12th – 24th Jan 2026
Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for 11th Feb 2026.
This is a global graduate position, which means you'll relocate to another country where HEINEKEN operates as part of your rotation. We'll select your placement location based on business needs and development opportunities.
If there are any countries where you're unable to work or travel, please let the Talent Acquisition team know as soon as possible during your application process. We'll work with you to understand your situation.
