Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and sustain global training across Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to align curricula with go-live timelines and adoption goals.

The role emphasizes creating role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and performance support assets, ensuring accurate LMS publishing and reporting within Worldwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience delivering role-based systems training across formats.
• Experience with complex implementations and global rollouts.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations.
• Own the training approach aligned with go-live timelines and requirements.
• Partner with key stakeholders to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, and eLearning.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and communications.
• Collaborate with LMS teams to ensure assets are published and reportable.
