Join a dynamic team as Global Distributor Manager, where you’ll take charge of developing and managing aworldwide distributor networkforcosmetic ingredients, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional results to business customers.

This is ahome-based role, with regular visits to the company’s offices in eitherPeterboroughorHertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage the global distributor network for cosmetic ingredients
  • Identify and appoint new cosmetic ingredients distributors in key target markets
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with distributors, offering commercial and technical support
  • Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and take corrective action when needed
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Support distributors with training, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and customer meetings
  • Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, opportunities, and challenges
